Boot Camp Fitness Class (optional)

Location: Well & Being Spa - Fitness Studio
Boot Camp classes are for all levels and are set up like a circuit. Circuits consist of 10 exercises, including a Kettle bell exercise, rowing machine, free weights, resistant bands, Bosu exercise, pushups, triceps dips and squats. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds and then rotates to the next exercise for a total of 3 sets of each exercise.
